When will my idem ship?

We try to process orders with in 24hrs Mon-Fri.

When will my order arrive?

Shipping rates are based on the continental US. Shipping charges outside of the continental US may vary. After an order has been shipped, it normally takes between 3 and 7 business days to arrive (depending upon location within the continental US).

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards and PayPal.

Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible: Sales Department Returns If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email immediately. Each return is dealt with on a case by case basis. Upon approval, you may return it within 30 days of your original purchase date and we will refund your original purchase price. All items must be in new condition. We cannot issue a credit for items that have been used and/or damaged (unless due to a manufacturing defect). We do not refund outgoing shipping or pay for return shipping. We recommend you insure your package.

We Do Not Charge a Restocking Fee Wrong size or not what you expected? No problem. Please contact us via email immediately so we can make it right. Upon approval, you may exchange any item(s) within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items must be new condition. We cannot exchange any item(s) if the item has been used and/or damaged (unless due to a manufacturing defect). If you have any questions about whether you should exchange an item, please contact us before shipping it to us. We do not refund outgoing shipping or pay for return shipping. We Ship Worldwide?

Shipping costs to foreign countries are determined by quote based on the order. After reviewing your order, we will contact you with the shipping cost. As soon as shipping is confirmed, we will process and ship your order. Shipping charges are for shipping only. You are responsible for any customs or duty charges levied by your country.

Expedited Shipping You will also have the option, if desired, to choose expedited services such as Next Day Air, Second Day Air and Three-Day Select for an additional charge. Expedited shipping charges will be determined based on the order. Expedited shipping is carried out at the time of shipment and is exclusive of the time it takes to process your order. All shipping rates are based on the continental US. Shipping charges outside of the continental US may vary. Shipping to foreign countries will be determined after the order has been placed and submitted to you for your confirmation or cancellation.

Unclaimed Packages?

We do not accept any responsibility, nor will we issue any refunds for packages not claimed. If the tracking information indicates that a package was delivered or that a Postal Carrier attempted to deliver the package and/or left notification, it is the buyer's responsibility to follow up with the Post Office and collect their package before it is returned. If the package is returned to us unclaimed, the items may be refunded minus the shipping charges. Further, any additional shipping charges levied by the carrier for return costs will be deducted from the refund.
